- Emergency care is prioritized, but SMCH is not liable for any delays or unavailability of services in unforeseen circumstances.
5. Code of Conduct
- Students and residents must uphold the dignity and reputation of the institution.
- Any act of indiscipline, including ragging, violence, or damage to property, will be dealt with strictly.
- Mobile phones must not be used during academic sessions or in areas where prohibited.
6. Fees and Refunds
- Fee structure is as notified by the institution and may be subject to change.
- Fees must be paid within stipulated deadlines. Late payments may attract penalties.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed as per the institution’s refund policy and applicable laws.
